Transcript is basically a verified Xerox copy of Original/Duplicate Grade-sheet packed and sealed in an envelope. It is prepared from Original/Duplicate Grade-Sheet which is normally provided by the student.
One set of Transcript is issued on payment of Rs. 500/- or US $50.0 (if apply from abroad).
If the student is unable to provide Original/Duplicate Grade-Sheet due to any reason(s), s/he can request for the issue of Duplicate Grade-Sheet by providing following details:
a) Name of the Student
b) Date of birth
c) Roll No.
d) Year of Graduation
e) Programme of study
f) Branch of study
Duplicate Grade-sheet is issued on payment of Rs.200/- or US $10.0 (in addition to above mentioned Transcript charges)
One set of Transcript shall contain 5 (Five) copies of the student's Transcript, each packed in a single and sealed envelope.
Minimum one set (five copies) of transcript is issued at a time (for the graduated students); however, maximum issue has no limit.
For the students who are currently studying at IIT Rajasthan and have not yet completed their academic programme can request for any number of copies.
If the student or his/ her representative is unable to collect the set of Transcript in person from the Academic office, Institute can post the same at his/ her requested address on payment of Rs. 100/- (if to be posted within India) else, Rs.850/- (if to be posted outside India).
If a student wishes that his/ her Transcript be sent to an Institute/ organization through IIT Rajasthan, s/he can do so by paying Rs.100/- (if the recipient Institute/ organization is within India) or Rs.850/- (if the recipient Institute/ organization is outside India) towards postal charges, per organization.
Besides this, to receive the balance Transcript and/or duplicate Grade-sheet at his/ her address, s/he has to pay an additional amount of Rs. 100/- (if to be posted within India) else, Rs.850/- (if to be posted outside India).
Payment, in total, may be made through Bank Draft drawn in favor of "Student Fee Collection Account, IIT Rajasthan" payable at "JODHPUR" (OR)
