IIT Jodhpur invites applications for admission to the interdisciplinary M.Tech programmes (Regular and full time) in (i) Centre of Excellence in Energy and (ii) Centre of Excellence in Information and Communication Technology (iii) Centre of Excellence in Systems Science for the academic year commencing from July 2013. M.Tech program at IIT Jodhpur requires adequate Mathematical knowledge. After joining the program, you are required to take a few Mathematics courses as part of your course work. Those who got admitted, depending on the requirement, may be provided with preparatory courses in Mathematics before starting of the actual course work.

For July 2013 admission, the online link will remain active till April 7, 2013. The summary sheet, final submitted application, Demand Draft & GATE Score Card should reach us by April 11, 2013.
You are requested to send summary sheet & final submitted application generated online duly signed along with the processing fee of Rs.300/- for General/ OBC candidates and Rs.150/- for SC/ ST / Persons with Disability (PD) candidates in the form of demand draft drawn from a nationalized bank in favour of “Director, IIT Jodhpur” payable at Jodhpur to the following address:
Candidates applying for TWO CoEs need to submit DD of Rs. 600/- (OBC/GEN.), Rs. 300/- (SC/ST/PD). Candidates applying for THREE CoEs need to submit DD of Rs. 900/- (OBC/GEN.), Rs. 450/-(SC/ST/PD).

Reservation policy is applicable as per Government of India rules.
Financial Assistance:
- Students in the two-year M.Tech programme receive an assistantship of Rs. 8000 per month.
- Students getting the assistantship are required to assist in teaching or research, as assigned by the Centre, to the extent of 8 hours per week.
- The continuation of the assistantship is subject to satisfactory performance of the duties assigned by the Centre as well as satisfactory academic performance.
