Dr. Sajan Pillai is an Assistant Professor at the School of Design, IIT Jodhpur. He holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design and a Ph.D. in Human Factors. Before joining academia, Sajan spent over seven years in the design industry, leading projects across various sectors and user demographics. His work focused on creating user-centred solutions for complex systems, focusing on usability and accessibility. At IIT Jodhpur, he integrates his industry insights and experience into teaching and research, aiming to bridge the gap between practical design challenges and academic exploration.
