the Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering at IIT Jodhpur. Her lab is
interested in understanding the cross-talk between bacterial and human amyloids
and their consequences on the progression of human neurodegenerative diseases.
Dr. Jain did an MSc in Industrial Microbiology at the University of Rajasthan,
Jaipur, and a PhD in Molecular Biophysics at the Indian Institute of Science
Education and Research, Mohali (IISER Mohali). Following her PhD, she joined
Prof. Matthew Chapman at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, as a
postdoctoral research fellow. She is a recipient of the Early Career Research
