Venkat Ram Reddy Ganuthula is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management and Entrepreneurship (SME) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, specializing in Human Capital and Organizational Dynamics. His research interests span behavioral science, judgment and decision-making, intelligence, rationality, and the implications of artificial intelligence (AI) on human behavior and organizational systems. Prior to IIT Jodhpur, he served as a faculty member in the Organization Management area at IIT Delhi. He holds a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Management Science, and his work integrates insights from disciplines such as economics, neuroscience, and organizational theory.
