Seema Saini is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management and Entrepreneurship (SME), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur. Prior to joining IIT Jodhpur, she was an Assistant Professor at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar School of Economics University, Bengaluru. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Department of Economic Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
Her research interests lie in macro-finance, firm dynamics, and applied econometrics. Her current research focuses on the intricate relationships between firm-level dynamics and their broader impact on the macroeconomy. She is also actively exploring the macroeconomics of climate change and key themes within development economics.
