Pradyumna Kumar Bishoyi received the Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, in 2022. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. Prior to joining IIT Jodhpur, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Mobile Communications and Computing (MCC) group at RWTH Aachen University, Germany, from July 2022 to September 2025. His current research includes performance modeling and analysis, resource allocation, distributed optimization, game theory and mechanism design, all within the context of wireless networks, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) networks, mobile edge computing (MEC), IoT, and 5G/6G mobile systems. Currently, he is serving as an Associate Editor of the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking.
