5. Data Delivery

Analytical results and data will be shared on ERP portal within 7 days after the completion of sample analysis.


6. GST Claim Requirements

For users who wish to claim GST, please ensure the following details are accurately entered at the time of online payment through the ERP portal:
1. Registered Firm/Institution Name
2. GST Number
3. Complete Address (with Pin Code and State)


7. Refund Policy

In case of excess payment, no monetary refund will be processed. Instead, additional sample analyses will be carried out to adjust the excess amount.
