Whether you are a student innovator or an industry leader, this competition offers a platform to showcase your expertise across three operations: Cardboard Drones, GPS-Denied Navigation, and Drones in EW.

Round 1 (Virtual Round):
Round 1 will be conducted in virtual mode.
Participants are required to:
- Submit a Proof of Concept showcasing their idea or solution.
- Deliver an online presentation explaining the concept, approach, and outcomes.
Presentation Format: (7+7+1)
- 7 minutes – Presentation.
- 7 minutes – Question & Answer session.
- 1 minute – Changeover time.
Round 2 (On-Campus):
Round 2 will be conducted on campus for shortlisted teams.
This round will include:
- Live demonstrations
- Bench tests
- Integration and performance checks.
Final evaluation and awards will be based on technical performance, implementation quality, and practical feasibility.
Fee Structure
Our registration fees are tiered based on participant type and competition round.
Student Teams
- Round 1 (Virtual): ₹7,000 (Includes GST)
- Round 2 (On-Campus): ₹20,000
- Includes food and accommodation for 3 members.
- Additional members: ₹6,000 per person.
Industry & Startups
- Round 1 (Virtual): ₹10,000
- Round 2 (On-Campus): ₹20,000
- Includes food and accommodation for 3 members.
- Additional members: ₹6,000 per person.
