Dining Services
Dining services at IIT Jodhpur are centrally managed through the institute's mess system, ensuring quality, hygiene, and nutritional balance. The campus operates two separate mess facilities, distinctly catering to vegetarian and non-vegetarian dietary preferences.
Meals are prepared following standard hygiene practices and are served at fixed timings for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The mess menu is planned and periodically reviewed by the Mess Committee, which includes student representatives, allowing active student participation in decision-making.
Feedback mechanisms are in place to address food quality, menu variety, and service-related concerns. Special provisions and adjustments are made as per the institute norms during examinations, festivals, and other academic activities.
